WHAT IS MAVN?
mavn is a business intelligence platform designed to enhance and streamline the relationship between brands and influencers. By filling critical gaps in the industry, mavn optimizes workflows across brands, creators, and agencies, saving significant time and cost savings. Our platform features intuitive tools that enhance accessibility and automate campaign management, making processes more efficient for all stakeholders.
HOW DO I APPLY?
The process will start at the app store or google play store where all creators can apply for consideration. Creators can engage with the application process with their choice of preferred social media platform.
DO I NEED AN SMS TO SUCCESSFUL ONBOARD?
Yes, you will need an active SMS phone number to act as your login into the app.

HOW DO I VIEW ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES I HAVE BEEN WAITLISTED FOR?
User Dashboard -> My Opportunities -> In Review
HOW DO I VIEW ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES I HAVE BEEN DECLINED FOR?
User Dashboard -> My Opportunities -> Declined
HOW DO I VIEW ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES I HAVE APPLIED FOR?
User Dashboard -> My Opportunities -> Applied
IF I HAVE BEEN DECLINED FOR AN OPPORTUNITY, CAN I REAPPLY?
Yes, you can apply the following opportunity you see available for new consideration.
IF I HAVE BEEN WAITLISTED, WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK?
Please allow us up to one week to review for final consideration.
HOW DO I GET PAID IF I WAS ACCEPTED FOR A PAID OPPORTUNITY?
Paid opportunities will require a contract & W9. You can upload your W9 upon onboarding, or add it to your profile later.
Once approved for a paid opportunity, you will be able to see those funds in your payment portal in escrow.
Once all your deliverables are complete and approved, mavn will issue payment into the Zelle or Paypal you provided.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE?
User Dashboard -> Edit Profile -> Update
HOW DO I CONTACT MAVN FOR QUESTIONS OR SUPPORT?
Send a request via chat and someone from our team will respond within 12 hours or less.
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY CONTENT?
Content is to be uploaded within the particular opportunity booking card when you have reached the “curation” status. This can be found within my opportunities -> Approved -> Booking Card.
Content is to be uploaded here for submissions of pre-posting approvals, sharing of requested insights & proof of posting after a campaign is completed.
WHAT DOES “CURATION” STATUS MEAN?
This means you are now able to upload your curated content for that particular opportunity card directly for the mavn team to review.
WHAT DOES “CONTENT REVIEW” STATUS MEAN?
This means your content that was submitted is now currently under review.
WHAT DOES “SIGN CONTRACT” STATUS MEAN?
This means you will need to sign the prompted contract in order to confirm your participation in a paid campaign.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A RESERVATION OR WITHDRAW FROM AN ACCEPTED OPPORTUNITY?
Dining:

Once your reservation is confirmed you have until 24 hours prior to your reservation date to cancel or request to reschedule your reservation.

This protocol should be completed via mavn by clicking cancel reservation.

If you are running late over 15 min behind, you will need to message MAVN support via chat immediately so we can notify the restaurant.

All agreed upon content posts must go live on an approved MAVN influencer account within 5 days of dining.

All agreed upon content must be loaded to the MAVN portal within 5 days of dining.

Restaurants must be clearly tagged as required on all content.

Failure to arrive at your reservation without cancellation will result in a strike against your account. One warning will be permitted and two strikes will result in immediate termination from MAVN.

Failure to post agreed upon deliverables will result in immediate termination from MAVN.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Services is done so at your own risk.
Experiences:

Once your experience is confirmed you have until 24 hours prior to your reservation date to cancel or request to reschedule your experience.

This protocol should be completed via MAVN chat in writing.

All agreed upon content must be loaded to the MAVN portal within 7 days of your experience

Paid:

Once your paid opportunity is confirmed you have until 1 week prior to the agreed posting date to cancel or request to reschedule the opportunity if available. This protocol should be completed via MAVN chat in writing.

MAVN influencer must follow the provided brief with content direction, posting dates, tagging requirements and copy.

MAVN influencer will be paid 100% of agreed upon fees upon signature of contract in escrow and 100% deposit when all deliverables are completed.

MAVN influencer will be required to share a W9 for tax purposes prior to receiving any payments.

All agreed upon content must be loaded to the MAVN portal within 7 days of posting content.

Failure to post agreed upon deliverables will result in immediate termination from MAVN.
Mailers:

All agreed upon content must go live on approved MAVN influencer account within 7 days of receiving your products
